SAP 50 Customers in 50 Days campaign

The 50 Customers in 50 Days campaign showcased an SAP customer success story within small and medium enterprises every day for fifty days.The overall theme featured a daily story, using a little calendar device to represent the count of each day. Various formats were used to bring the success stories to life – videos, 9-page comprehensive case studies and single page snapshots. We interviewed customers and channel partners to understand the key business benefits of each story, wrote the content, obtained permissions, and designed and created all the campaign assets. At the end of the campaign, a Little Book of Big Quotes was released which collected a summary of all 50 stories together. Colourful imagery, predominantly sourced from each customer for authenticity, and quotes made the stories and the Little Book easy to read and easy to reference.

The stories were promoted via email and social media, and generated the largest number of downloads of the year.

The campaign won the coveted internal ‘Global Campaign of the Year’ award.
