Kronos ‘Work Engaged’

Kronos is a leader in workforce management solutions. They believe great businesses are powered by great people. To be a great business you need to create and manage an engaged workforce.

A thought leadership campaign was created to enable Kronos to uncover and discuss the true nature of ‘engagement’ in the workplace, focusing on the challenges people face and how they can be overcome. Kronos conducted a major research project, interviewing HR Managers, Line of Business Manager and employees across multiple countries and the findings provided the backbone for the ‘Work.Engaged’ campaign. Key elemements included The £60bn Report containing the full research, multiple reports with a subset of industry-specific findings, infographics, email campaigns, social campaigns, event graphics and more. The campaign was translated into French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Mexican Spanish and Canadian French. Artwork files were supplied to the US, Australia and New Zealand for local marketing teams to create their own versions of the campaign.

The campaign considerably exceeded demand generation targets.
